If exceptionally the products ordered are unavailable, in whole or in part, upon delivery, the seller informs the customer within two working days following validation of the order and contacts them to offer a refund.
The archiving of online transactions and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium so as to constitute a faithful and durable copy in accordance with article 1348 of the Civil Code.
Shipping Policy
Works purchased on Arteis can be shipped by the artists themselves, using their own carriers, or using express and premium carriers like DHL Express. Most seller-shipped packages are delivered worldwide within 1-4 weeks. This time may vary depending on the country of destination and the delivery method chosen. Delivery will be made to the address you indicate on the order form. The Seller undertakes to ship the products within 3 working days from order confirmation, some works (large format 50×50 and more) require processing of 7 to 15 days upon receipt of payment. In the event of damaged works, in the event of a shortage or damage, it is necessary to send the list of damages to Arteis by fax or email no later than 72 hours after delivery.
When you buy art in another country, any customs duties are always the responsibility of the buyer, upon receipt of the package.

What happens if I don’t pay customs fees?
